Taking advantage of our extensive logistics flow to different countries around the world, we reach the destination country. Here we entrust the shipment to tracked postal services or local couriers who make the individual deliveries.
Customers can either deliver the goods to be shipped directly to our International Service Centre in Bolzano or request a pick-up, which can be made anywhere in Italy with 24 hours’ notice (except for inconvenient locations).
Customers can choose to deliver their parcels already marked with an address, serial number and/or tracking code, or rely on us to carry out these operations. Data is transmitted by means of .txt or .xls files containing structured data (customer reference, recipient, address, weight). The customs documents required are the customs form CN22 (goods not for sale) or CN23 (goods for sale) accompanied by the invoice, if necessary.
